I here ya..hope you get it going again. If you have the money and time, Bikram yoga may be worth checking out for many reasons. It's just something different than the norm that appeals to many. It does take a little getting used to and probably is not your thing. O.K. done with suggestions.Sorry to hear of your grandmother falling ill.
