I've been taking .05 clonazapam (Canadian) at bedtime for 5 years..I also take .75 Zopiclone also and 25 mg of Serequel, and although they have pooped out a bit, I still am able to fall asleep and stay asleep for about 6 hours, then I tend to toss and turn and doze on and off for another couple of hours..it's not a big dose and the combination has worked for me..if I don't sleep I become a mess very quickly!

I also benefit from the anxiety relief from the clonazapam the next day..

Now if only the birds wouldn't start chirping outside my bedroom window at 4 a.m.!
