How did you get Dexedrine in the UK?
Have you tried clomipramine? It can be quite good for panic, anxiety and OCD. I have similar symptoms and seem to be helped by tianeptine, which has fewer side effects. Lyrica may also help and it is licensed for GAD in the UK - you can use it to augment Nardil.
