Quintal that sounds like the old "holiday from anxiety" idea. I've yet to find an antidepressant that helps with anxiety apart from brief experiences, eg Paxil after about 6 weeks gave me about 3 hours of calm and then pooped out. I hope to try Nardil soon. Perhaps that will be more successful
