Unfortunately, I'm in Canada. Which means we have free health care but that everything is severely wait-listed.


I have already even spoken to the place where my referral has been submitted. One of the Head Nurses there had confirmed that she had received my referral, told me that it was going to be submitted to a Mood Disorder Specialist but that there was a wait list for about a month or two before assessment.

So I know that help is coming... and I have my MD in case of Emergencies.
