I had those "wake me up, freak me out jerks" a few times while on Lexapro. A few times it even woke my husband up.
It was as if my body had a seizure/spasm or something and would totally jolt me out of my sleep.
I've also woken up in the night in a full blown panic attack-- another scarey experience. As a matter of fact, almost every time I've ever had a panic attack seems to have been in the middle of the night.
I wonder what that explanation could be since I'm sleeping??
Life is interesting.
