I don't think so since the dose is so low and because it was sedating on the first night.

Having said that I'm stopping it until things clear up a little. I just got back from the ER for the 2nd time in 7 days with the same thing : arrhythmias/palpitations. Once again all that was abnormal was a slightly low potassium level.
