I've often felt there was a dopamine tie-in because of the activation I experience from Vicodin especially (not so much oxycodone). I too felt akathasia, anxiety with Wellbutrin so perhaps another dopamine pathway is getting hit. Also, the euphoric effects of opiods may smooth out the jittery primarily dopamine meds. - Barbara
