I don't know how much I consumed because it was in an Asian dish. I completly forgot that I shouldn't eat it ... and then it was too late. I thought my head would explode, but obviously it didn't. I didn't go to the hospital, just went home and lay in the dark. I really should have gone somewhere to see how high my BP went but I didn't.
