Hey i got this NAD.... i dunno if it NADH. Its mixed with malic acid, and some other non importatn ingredients.
ANyway, I pull the cap open last night and have half of the contents in my mouth n swallow.
I get major irritation in my throat, making me wanna cough... all night nad day long i have the irritation.. still have it.....whats up with that?
Also do i have to take it as enteric?
ALso is NAD good enough... or do I need this ENADA NADH brand deal?
