Thanks for your feedback, link. I have indeed tried Effexor SSRI's and the TCA's such as doxepin, all without success. I have not tried the MAOI's nor the ECT...the ECT really scares me because of the potential for memory loss. I will, however, discuss Nardil with my shrink when I see him on Friday. Also, the atypical AP's are said to be safer than the old ones. Like I said, the very worst is the pain and the accompanying suicidal urges. It's beyond me how this could happen to any living creature... doesn't seem to happen to other members of the animal kingdom.
