I go to websites at iherb, Puritan's Pride, etc and am overwhelmed by the choices, prices, etc. I'd like to get the most bang for my buck and not have to take a lot pills, also. I am taking Cod Liver oil which has a lot of EPA, but some here have warned of taking this form for a long period of time. I'm confused.

OmegaBrite is probably the best for psychiatric illness as it contains a high level of EPA.For pregnant women who are trying to reduce the possibility of post-natal depression I would go for Eskimo-3.It is also suitable for diabetics-I know of no other one that has published data on that. There is a lot of data published suggesting that Eskimo-3 is good for general health-reducing heart attacks, strokes, blood pressure, cholesterol etc so if the high cost does not put you off it may be worth using. In practice many are happy with Walmart and similar versions.
