I go to websites at iherb, Puritan's Pride, etc and am overwhelmed by the choices, prices, etc. I'd like to get the most bang for my buck and not have to take a lot pills, also. I am taking Cod Liver oil which has a lot of EPA, but some here have warned of taking this form for a long period of time. I'm confused.
