If what you are looking for is energy, then make sure that you're getting enough B3 (as niacinamide) and B5.
I've increased my daily intake of niacinamide form 50mg to 200mg, and that really made a big difference in my energy.
Just a note; niacinamide is turned into NADH, a molecule that plays a crucial role in ATP synthesis.
