I have read that one should take 100 mg. of each of the B vitamins (in a book by Christiane Northrop, M.D. called, "Women's Bodies, Women's Wisdom). I thought it sounded like a lot, but I'm sure 50 mg. is not enough to be toxic.
I also wonder about the other B increases, as you can take any of the Bs alone with success, depending on why you're taking it.
Iso? Colin? Anybody want to help here?
