Vitamin B-6

Posted by BeardedLady on October 2, 2002, at 9:46:53

Hey, vitamin fans. I've been taking a super-B complex for about nine months with great results. But I still lack energy and am wondering if I can increase my B-6. I only bet 2 mg. from the super B and 2 mg. from the multi-vitamin. I have a bottle of 50 mg. B-6.

I have recently cut back on carbs like bread, pasta, and sugar, and I eat a bit more protein than I used to. Would it be okay to take 54 mg. of B-6?
