Here's some info I've picked-up while doing research:

1) Excess B6 can cause nerve damage--not sure of upper limit.

2) B6 induces vivid dreams--don't take it too late in the day (unless you're a horror flick fan).

3) B vitamins need to be taken at the same time, and in proper proportion to each other. If you increase B6, there are other Bs which should be increased as well (1,3,12?) to avoid imbalance and yield desired results.

4) Should be taken with food for proper absorbtion.
