Johnlund,
I totally agree with what you said. Effexor has really helped me out with my panic attacks, I have great confidence in this medication. I have nothing bad to say about the drug, except that it was a bit hard for me when I decreased to 75mg, but it might not be the same for everyone. I think people have to remember that they have to give it time, it doesn't work instantly.
