You _will_ find a med that works eventually. Hopefully
effexor is it and you'll get some much needed relief soon.
Have you started yet? Keep posting, I'm curious about how
you'll be doing. Hang in there...it's tough feeling that damn
miserable for that long. Is this the first time you've tried
medication for your depression?
