I take Seroquel to help me sleep. It's an SSRI, not a benzo, but I can't call it completely non-addictive because I get insomnia if I stop taking it suddenly (but I've had problems with insomnia for years). However, you don't need to increase the dosage for it to remain effective.
My only complaint about Seroquel is that I recently had a severe reaction when I took a couple after drinking alcohol - two beers - it made me extremely sick. I guess it's not a good idea to mix alcohol with medication anyway. (Duh!)
