You could try taking Zyprexa earlier in the evening. That will lessen the effects the next day. Since you get most tired about 4 hours after Moclobemide dosing, then maybe take the dose 4 hours before bedtime. Take the other dose and cut it into three pieces. Take the pieces in three divided doses throughout a 24 hour period.Since Moclobemide is increasing serotonin levels, that could also have something to do with the tiredness. If that is the case, then that is a side effect that should lessen and go away in time.
The possibility exists that Moclobemide is increasing the blood levels of Zyprexa. If that is the case, then your 5mg dose of Zyprexa could be more than it appears.
In any case, the dosing strategy I mentioned above could be helpful.
