This may be relavent, it is from looking up
some quick information on drug interactions.

Both Manerix and Zyprexa are metabolized by
cyp450-1a2. I believe that both meds can have serious interactions
with drugs that inhibit cyp450-1a2 like cimitidine.
Zyprexa is also metabolized by cyp450-2d6, which
manerix may inhibit (according to a chart I have),
but I wouldn't venture to guess the net sum
of interactions.

The drug interactions between Manerix and these
newer meds are not well studied. Could be they
are competing for the same enzyme substrate and
this is increasing the zyprexa in your body.
I dunno.

I found that Manerix had an anti-anxiety affect,
but it didn't make me tired. It didn't seem to
matter much for me when I dosed it either. But
this is me, and Manerix was the only med I was
on.

> hi. I have been on Moclobemide for my 3rd day now (also on zyprexa for 2 weeks or so). All AD's I've tried before this have made my depression worse. I cant tell yet if that is happening with the Moclobemide. But I am much more tired and sleepy than usual. Should I take my two doses of 300mg in the night time? I currently take my first dose around 12:30pm and the second around 8pm. I am the most tired around 4pm. I take my zyprexa 5mg around 10pm. Would it be okay to take a moclobemide dose along with the zyprexa? And then perhaps take my second dose at 11:30pm before going to sleep. Or maybe at 9pm and then at 11:30pm.
