Elizabeth,How does one use Kd information? Also, how do the
people who compute this do it for medications that
are "pro-drugs"? For example Bupropion Kd info
says that the med should do squat, but the
researchers have determined that the metabolite
hydroxybupropion does most of the work.
Also, how often is Kd collected from primates instead
of rats?-john
