Yeah - that ain't what I am looking for. I am probably going to seek out Temple as well. I don't wanna wind up on one med a.m, a second to sleep, etc etc. And I want a real diagnosis - not just 'depression' because I happed to take myself to a shrink!

My biggest criticism of him is that he doesn't say much and when I pin him down for an opinion he's always non-commital. I would say when I left I felt like all I got was like you said, a script and a pat on the back. I'm considering contacting Julia Temple since I understand she used to work with Dr. Apter.
