I'm currently a patient of Dr. Apter's and I got my first appointment within a week of calling. He's very expensive though -- especially for the limited amount of time he takes with you. I've only had 2 appointments so far so I don't have a fair impression of him, but it wasn't difficult for me to get an appointment.
