When I was on Paxil, I was also diligent in taking it every single day. On the rare occasoins that I forgot, I immediately got the "electric head" shock thing and felt out of sorts.

I've been on Klonopin a long time and recently switched to taking it at bedtime and have never had that type of sleep pattern (thank goodness). It would be my GUESS that because Effexor is in and out so quickly, that those symptoms were indeed caused by the missed dose and would get worse if you continued to forget to take it. I doubt that Klonopin had anything to do with it.
