Hi, If I miss a dose I feel symptoms that very day, I have not felt exactly like you have described, but I have felt very trapped and like I couldnt tell whether I was dreaming or not. One of the first signs I get when I miss a dose is extreme head spins and my eyes see blury, then I get headaches.
