Be cautious about the antidepressants--titrate up on your doses slowly, and monitor your moods. If you feel yourself going too far in the up direction, tell your doc immediately. Good luck. And BTW, be as open and hones with your therapist as you can about how your really feel. Keep us posted.
Noa, my self-esteem varies with my depression and the waxing and waning of OCD. At times, even though I want to be really honest with my pdoc, I'm afraid even he'll reject me, because I feel so worthless.
