I've had a lot of luck writing down what I eat in the past. So I figured, I should do it again! Today I didn't restrict what I eat at all. Right now I'm just getting into the habit of writing things down.

1/cup fat-free cottage cheese 90
2 T reduced sugar jelly 40
1 mini pecan tart 117
45 mL Bailey's 156
4 servings Mac and Cheese 960
A few Doritos 60
130g rice 169
97g sweet and sour chicken 85
102g Rocky Road ice cream 254
-----------------------------------
Total 1931 kcalExercise: none
I started the day off well with the fat-free cottage cheese, but then I got hungry and made some mac and cheese. I didn't eat all 4 servings at once, but I at it slowly over a few hours. I should have stopped eating once I was full.

100 arm curls w/2 pound olive oil bottles (lol dunno if I did them right)
25 squatsI would have done OK today if I had not eaten the chips and ice cream. At least I counted them and exercised. I actually did not do any exercise until I come to write this, then I thought I should probably exercise to not look so bad. LOL

1/2 cup fat-free cottage cheese 90
2 T reduced sugar jelly 40
167g scrambled liquid egg 168
107g rice 144
145g eggplant 95
147g clementines 69
95g reduced fat ice cream 153
-------------------------------------------
Total 759 kcalI didn't exercise today, my muscles were tired from yesterday, which is good because it meant the exercise did something.
I didn't eat a lot of calories today, but I was not hungry. Maybe my body is compensating for overeating the other days.
On thing to notice, I ate a lot of protein today from the cottage cheese and the scrambled liquid egg. I think the scrambled eggs kept my appetite down. I should take note of this for the future.
