Argh, I wrote all this and then accidentally deleted it all LOL. OK, here we go again.

25 squatsI would have done OK today if I had not eaten the chips and ice cream. At least I counted them and exercised. I actually did not do any exercise until I come to write this, then I thought I should probably exercise to not look so bad. LOL
