Just sending some good thoughts your way. I really do feel for you... you don't deserve the crap the board is dealing you. Just wanted you to know that I'm thinking about you.
Also, did you mention once that you carry professional liability insurance? If so, would it pay for a lawyer to help you with this? You've probably already thought of this, but it crossed my mind, so I thought I'd mention it.
