I've had similar jobs to this in warehouses etc. - was even a garbage man at one point when I worked for a recruitment agency. They sent me to different factories every few months - and I'm a social phobe so it was difficult. Anyway..... I know what you mean and yes, you can count on me too for support.

I know this sounds lame, but I get through days like that by visualising - daydreaming or thinking I guess while my body goes through the motions. I soon get to know my routine so well that my mind can go elsewhere - I can't switch it off. That can lead to rumination of course and for that an opiate was good for keeping me focused on the positive. Can you think of a way of rewarding yourself every night after work - a few beers or whatever gives you a mild buzz and lifts your spirits? Kratom is very good for this, but I don't know if you can get it where you are, but here's a link just in case: http://www.iamshaman.com/kratom.htm

Klonopin helped take the edge off my anxiety and a stimulant helped motivation and energy levels. I took Parnate but I guess any stim would help. Could you get a benzo stim combo? There's some good advice on this thread if you haven't read it already: http://www.dr-bob.org/babble/20061217/msgs/715578.html
