Be lucky. I'd rather be busy and have time pass quickly instead of watching the clock every minute.

With the way my job is setup, I need to allocate my time (on a timesheet) to the projects that I am assigned to. This prevents me from helping other teams or working ahead on a new project. Sounds stupid that they'd rather have me sitting there doing nothing and charging time to a project versus helping another team but that's the way it is.
