Codeine withdrawal

I seem to have buit up tolerance to my (albeit modest) daily 44.76mg dihydrocodine tartrate (Paramol tablets)/75mg codeine phosphate (Nurofen Plus tablets) habit. I'm going to try withdrawing for a few weeks. Cold turkey most likely. Will post my progess/faliure on here as it develops.
