when i worked at the gap, stock ... each morning i would prep myself up .... like getting ready for a big day, with an feeling like your gonna get it done, and when your working you keep a fast rotating mind set, i rerember i used to do that, kinda went dormant for a while, but you get a semi-adrenaline feeling with a fast moving thoughts and pace....when your in a crowd or a high intesnity work ... you have to prep yourself and make your thoughts move fast, some meds that your on could slow that down, but still try it, when they put me on zyprexa it slowed things down, but my mind adapted over time, it used to just knock me out, and be so slow that i could bearly think, i adapted after time.....but still keep that mind set, ready set go, and then have a get this done feeling

everything can change like that, and all these years go by so fast, but nothing lasts forever
