One thing might be to feel good about the one hour -- and not associate with with such negative thoughts -- This might make working feel better-- like something you can take pride in-- and then also I might try to add small amounts of time to it. Maybe 15 minutes or half an hour at a time-- and get used to that-- again making sure that you give yourself credit for it, when you do it. Over time, you might be able to build up.
I'm sure there's much more to it, but I would really try to have good thoughts about work that you're able to do-- so that it seems like it's worthwhile to make more effort, and the effort itself feels less aversive-- Making sure to add small increments and to be able to take some pleasure in that would also mean that you weren't overdoing it, and then feeling defeated.
