i have wrist tendinitis, i was on a accident in 2006, i jerked my hand on the steering wheel, and it jacked it out of place, years it went slightly aching, now today i have to massage it at least 4 times a day......i need to get on celebrex for arthritis, im 29 and that stupid accident jacked my tendons up on my hand

getting a electric massage, with heat usually helps with authoritus, and certain pain killers (non narcotic)
