I don't want you to die any time soon Dinah. If your doctor told you that you need to exercise everyday, I would listen to her (or him).
My pdoc told me to exercise everyday too. It can just be a 30 min walk.

We can post the exercise we did for the day.
Do exercises that you find enjoyable. Do you like taking walks outside? Choose a particularily scenic route or a fun destination to walk to.
I think walking is the best exercise there is because it is the one we are most likely to do. Almost anyone can walk and there are so many ways to incorporate walking into our lives.
You can start off by parking your car in the furthest parking spot or skipping the car for any trips less than a couple of miles.
I will do the same OK? I will find time for walking.
