I always have trouble getting out of bed.
I know different ppl need different amounts of sleep, and I've decided mine is about 10 hours, but i'm still tired usually.
Today, I decided to let myself sleep and turned off the alarm (nixing my 18 mile run...but that's another story) I ended up sleeping 14.5 hours. I actually feel refreshed now and that i got enough sleep (but guilty for not running).So THE BIG QUESTION???
Is it better to just let yourself sleep as long as you need to OR make yourself wake up?of couse if i did the former, I would probably get kicked out of school b/c I wouldn't get anything done
