Just took a 3 hour nap. Feels good, but not sure it was a good idea. Now I won't get tired until morning again.
Bad sleep habits.
My pdoc told me to go to bed and wake up 15 mins earlier each day. I'm going to try that. Tonight I'm going to bed at 3:45 a.m. and I'm going to wake up at 12:45 p.m.
Tomorrow I'm going to bed at 3:30 a.m. and wake up at 12:30 p.m.
My goal is to get up at 9 a.m. and go to bed at midnight.
My pdoc told me to set my alarm to go to bed and wake up. That's what I'm going to do.
