Anyone ever just not feel like sleeping? I don't really get tired at night. I'm a night person. No matter how early I get up, I still don't go to sleep until late.
I'm better when I have to get up early consistently. I usually sleep at around 1 or 2 a.m. then.
I think I got too much sleep a few days ago and now I'm able to go without sleep.
It's kind of lonely late at night. Everyone is sleeping. It's 4 a.m. right now, still not sleepy. Don't know if I even want to sleep tonight. I got up at 10 a.m. today (or should I say yesterday LOL).
I have an appointment with my pdoc tomorrow. I've been really wanting to see her this past while. I have many things to discuss with her.
So......what is everyone doing right now? Sleeping.
It's okay to write what I think here right? At another site, they consider it blogging and it's not acceptable.
I like how we don't have rules about hijacking threads here. I don't mind when my threads get hijacked. Sometimes they lead to very interesting discussions. I like how threads here are more like in real life discussions...taking turns talking, not just focusing on the person who started the conversation, but just going where the conversation leads.

I think sleeping too much can lead to depression. What do you think about that? Or is it the other way around? Depression can lead to sleeping too much? Hmmm...I think I sleep too much when I'm depressed. Maybe it's atypical depression. Hmmm... Or maybe it's just me wanting to escape life.
I'm not depressed anymore. Also not sleepy anymore. Hmmm...coincidence?
I think I read somewhere that not sleeping can bring people out of depression.
4:13 a.m. Hmmmm....
I really should get in a little bit of sleep... Still not tired, but there's nothing to do.
(yawn)
(stare at screen)
Sleep it is then.
Good nite!
