I'm beginning to think this IS rapid cycling because now I'm not angry but feeling very down. This frightens me because I wanted so much to be okay without meds. I feel so lousy now, I'm thinking I should call my pdoc.
Does Topamax cause much cognitive difficulties? I've heard it's nickname is "dopomax". I hope it continues to work for you. Stay well.
