Stress *totally* takes its toll physically on me. Although I've got to say major depression was even worse. My body fell apart in ways I had never seen before. :-)

Anyway, I have made a concerted effort to avoid caffeine/alcohol/any other stimulant/depressant, sleep regular hours, and eat as healthy as possible, including multi-vitamins, Vit B 50 Complex, calcium, and omega 3s. when I concentrate on treating myself right physically, the physically signs of stress/depression are minimized and are manageable. Not gone, but manageable.
