I'm a newbie:wondering about suicide?

My little sister shot herself in the head, 2 yrs. on 3/28.Does anyone else understand the suicidal feelings I'm having?Dr. is working on my meds, but right now, I'm bi-polar, right now suicidal. I can't find any good reason to stay on this hellhole we all call earth! Can meds really help me overcome this feeling?I really just wish I had the strength my sister had, to pull the trigger! Then I remember my kids and my fiancee, and I dont do it! Yesterday, on the way to the Dr. I almost pulled out into an intersection, to end this pain and anger, but as usual I lost my nerve!
I'm in a terrible state, and need to climb out or dive in, soon!
