Hi,

I also had them over a two year period. Its like having a panic attack in the middle of the night !! i used to scare my boyfriend screaming and literally jumping and running out of bed. Since i have been taking prozac i no longer have them, which is definately a relief. it was getting to the point where I was scared to go to sleep at night. i hope that you find some respite from them. I think they must be linked to stress, mine were occuring during difficult and uncertain times in my life. good luck !!
