Night Terrors, no help for them

I have them, horrid things indeed
I'll take a nightmare any time over nightterrors
wake up screaming, heart racing, no memory of it...in utter terror and fear
unable to fully awake, sense of some horror in the room with me...an incubus
lurking in the darkness waiting
there is no sleep after that...all the lights go on
i'm in a semi-sleep awake fog
utter terror
anybody else have them?
