Hi Rockerr,

I am a recovered bulimic so I totally understand binge eating is emotional eating and it's an addiction.

I would't be comfortable in any type of group setting- it took me years to be able to talk to my therapist- add a bunch of other people and forget it. That said, do you think you could follow a diet if it was prescribed by your doctor and a nutritionist? Or something like Weight Watchers on-line where you just interact via the internet with no physical meetings?
