>Could you be more specific? What are the habits you worry about? I have a wine habit. I know it's not better for me. I enjoy it still, but it's bad for my liver and my weight and not great for my sleep. Hard to break habits though. I read somewhere that it takes a minimum of 60 days to break a habit or get into a new habit (like exercising).
