GOOD reading for borderline type disorder

Posted by floatingbridge on January 20, 2011, at 16:48:09

I am sick of being sick. I need some reading to help me understand and deal with my fragmentation from trauma. (Feeling 'split'.)

There are too many books, workbooks to go through to find some real gold. Many books are pessimistic, out-of-date, poorly written, or a rehash of psych 101. I want to get well. Therapy helps. Analysis is not an option. Insight from reading....

If anyone here has a book or books to recommend, please let me know. Thanks!
