These come to my mind:
despondent (sp?)
despair
apathy
withdrawn
empty
Just some words that came to my mind.
If I'm depressed I feel like I want to curl up in a ball & I feel imobilized sometimes. I feel sad; lonely; trapped; scared; panicky.
