Oh, I know this feeling. I think. It feels impossible to escape sometimes. Since it's usually hard for me to feel compassion for myself when I'm in this place, I'm gonna go ahead and assume that it's hard for you too (excuse me for making such bold assumptions). So I'll send some your way instead. And hold you in my thoughts. Hope that's OK.
